Every piece is handmade with care in the United States. We source the raw materials and components from trusted suppliers in the US (always our preference) and around the world.
- What is the length of your chain necklaces?
Our necklace chains are usually approximately 21' long (near bust) or 20' long (upper chest), unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you'd like a different length, let us know via email (team@primacora.com) before purchasing so we may be able to accommodate your request.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?

- How do I care for my pieces?
To keep your accessories looking their best:
- Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, oils and lotions.
- Extended exposure to sunlight may affect colors.
- Store in dry environment when not in use.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth if needed.
- How do you package your items?
Our accessories come packaged in a giftable and reusable organza bag!
- Do you take custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we are always adding new designs. Be sure to check back often!
- Am I getting the exact item shown in the picture(s)?
While it is very possible, we can't guarantee it. Sometimes, we replicate a previous design.
- Are all items unique?
It depends on how you define uniqueness. Each piece is individually handcrafted, meaning no two will be exactly alike. Variations in resin flow, flower and other inclusions placements, and other handmade details make every item one-of-a-kind. However, we do occasionally recreate designs based on an original piece - these, too, have their own unique characteristics.
- If I like an item but want it in a different color or pattern, can I order it?
As a small business, we don't focus on fully custom orders yet, but we love hearing your ideas! Please email us at team@primacora.com with what you're looking for. If we create a design inspired by your feedback, we will let you know once it is available, so you can be the first in line to purchase it!
